  • Lead, direct, review and supervise graphic designers and web developers. 
  • Propose, conceptualize, create, and produce various print/web publications, logo designs, corporate imaging event graphics and branding for national and international accounts.
  • Manage overall graphic integrity across marketing communications, including trade and consumer collateral, direct mail, video, promotions, and trade show materials. 
  • Bring new and existing campaigns to market in a variety of executions while working closely with the internal marketing channels such as media, in-store and interactive.

  • Create and optimize rich media online advertising including but not limited to pop-ups, pop-unders, banners, and buttons.
  • Research, initiate and utilize content management systems  to streamline large corporate websites to manageable and editable sections for non-html savvy clients.
  • Install and implement community knowledge libraries using the Wikimedia foundation’s provided technology.
  • Design and install the Wordpress publishing platform to be used for blogs and content management software for small to medium sized corporations/organizations.
  • Utilize HTML, XML, AJAX, Flash, PHP, Jquery, Javascript, and Cascading Style Sheets in creating fresh and dynamic websites with a strong understanding of web and 508 compliance standards.

Ensure that all products fit in with client requirements and positively promotes DB’s image. Creative Director – Develop and create Alliance for School Choices’ branding initiative. Established and developed the design department for not only Alliance for School Choice but for partners and other school choice affiliates. Design and create new marketing material directed towards donors, legislator and the public. Re-design and develop Alliance for School Choice website. Establish printer and mail house relationships.  Design, install and implement independent school choice based Wikipedia site.
